Entry documents are arranged and sorted according to client specifications, envelopes are open, caps are removed and are prepared for the next processing step. Scanning is done with a very capable scanner that has the capacity to handle thousand of documents per hour. Depending on the entry documents, also on the client specifications we utilize a modern OCR soft or our specialized personnel performs the manual processing and entry of data from scanned images i a fast and processional way.

Introduced data can be validated trough the reference database - for example postal codes and streets can be validated and uniformed based on the official post list. By using these reference databases directly in the entry program/OCR we can assure an unique and high quality in the introduced data, being collected from the first step with a high degree of correctness.

Also, any international campaign is achievable at a high quality level by using a specialized database which contains postal codes and streets from over 200 countries.
